Support Kharkiv Foundation
Support Kharkiv Foundation has been created by the London - based concert pianist and composer GéNIA, who was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine, to support the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, its surrounding regions and its citizens, as the city has undergone destruction on a huge scale during the war in Ukraine. It is a micro-trust in aid of GivingWorks, a charity registered in England and Wales (charity registration No.1078770).
We couldn’t do our vital work without your support, it makes a huge difference, so thank you.
Patron
We are honoured to have the renowned British actor Chiwetel Ejiofor as the Official Patron of 'Support Kharkiv Foundation'.

Together, we made a real impact!
We are delighted to announce that, thanks to our latest fundraising efforts, we were able to support three vital projects: .
1. Sustained a safe underground concert space in Kharkiv. We sustained the rent and electricity supply for an underground venue, enabling young musicians and artists to continue practising and performing at a high professional level — safely, despite the ongoing war. 2. Supported families through the “Joint Actions” food bank. We supported families by providing essential monthly food supplies, helping to ensure stability and dignity during an extremely difficult time. 3. Helped children through the Mobile School of Life. We helped children in the Kharkiv region by funding rehabilitation, education, creative activities, and health-focused care — offering continuity, nurture, and hope. None of this would have been possible without you, our supporters. Your generosity made this impact possible. Our Campaign
Founded in 2022, our charity supports people affected by the war in Ukraine, with a focus on the Kharkiv region. Our work centres on children, medical support, and cultural resilience.
In 2026, our key initiatives include:
• Mobile School for Life — supporting children from the Kharkiv region through education, creativity, and psychological care.
• Standing by Kharkiv: A Mission of Hope and Healing — providing rehabilitation support for veterans, their families, and civilians, including psychotherapy and physiotherapy.
• Joint Actions Food Bank Initiative — delivering essential food support to families facing shortages and ongoing instability.
We are also launching an emergency campaign to support hospitals by funding voltage stabilisers, essential for protecting medical equipment during power fluctuations caused by attacks on energy infrastructure. Without them, surgeries and life-saving medical care are placed at serious risk.
